The objective was to carry out a survey of the occurrence target spot (Corynespora cassiicola) in cucumber crops São Paulo State; evaluate culture media for sporulation pathogen and aggressiveness isolates plants. found nine municipalities, being main disease seven ten municipalities sampled, with leaf incidence above 50%, showing that is widely distributed State.
